Automation of ABCDE Analysis of Neoplasm with Interpretation of Results

The article presents work on the analysis of macroimages of neoplasms based on ABCDE analysis. The main goal of the study was an attempt to create a tool that allows identifying changes in neoplasms using the ABCD metric and displaying the “Evolution” metric as a forecast of development trends. In previous works of the scientific group, metrics were formed that describe the ABCDE analysis criteria. The article also presents a program that allows you to evaluate the image of a tumor in a nonblack box mode and interpret the result. The results of the work were assessed mainly by subject matter experts, and data sets from open sources were used as material.
