Intelligent Hardware and Software Support and Increasing the Efficiency of Welding Processes

The problem of increasing the efficiency of welding processes at modern machine-building enterprises is insoluble without the use of hardware and software systems that allow monitoring in real time the work parameters of each welder; however, in addition to tracking and documenting such work, the rational selection of welding process parameters is extremely important—in fact, necessary Intelligent assistants for technologists, based, among other things, on neural network technologies, become a component of such complexes. This article discusses an integrated approach to hardware and software support of welding processes, describes the developed hardware and software, and a neural network approach to the selection of rational parameters of the welding process.
