Fuzzy Situational Precedent Analysis and Modeling of Processes in Complex Technical Systems

Abstract
Modern production and technological systems and objects of the agroindustrial complex are characterized by complex dependences between systemic and external factors, incompleteness and uncertainty of information about their condition and functioning. As a basis for the analysis and modeling of such systems, in order to support effective management decisions, the article develops a fuzzy situational approach, focused on the flexible construction and adaptive structural-parametric adjustment of fuzzy situational models (networks), taking into account the generalization and updating of information about precedent situations, taking place in the process of functioning and development of such objects and systems.
