Analysis of the Influence of Contact Interactions on the Dynamics of the Vibrating Machine–Granular Medium System
摘要
The process of vibratory transport of dry granular material along an inclined chute, the vibrations of which are excited by two self-synchronizing unbalanced vibration exciters, is considered. A mathematical model is presented that takes into account the possibility of material movement with separation from the surface of the tray. The modes of self-synchronization of vibration exciters, tray vibrations, and material movement were analyzed depending on the frequency and amplitude of excitation, as well as on the mass of the processed material. It is shown that the results of the assessment of the excited oscillations of the tray and the speed of material transportation depend significantly on the consideration of the interaction of the material with the tray in the model of the process unit.
