Study of Oscillatory Processes in Backlash-Free Gear Engagement

Abstract
The results of a series of experiments aimed at studying oscillatory and dynamic processes in a backlash-free gear engagement are presented. The causes of oscillatory processes in gear engagements are considered. The parameters of oscillatory processes (vibration velocity and vibration displacement) are measured during the electric spindle and backlash-free gear engagement rotations with different values of the axial tension. The machine tool electric spindle deformation values and the change during axial movement of the wheels are determined.
