Estimated Parameters of the Elastic Suspension of a Resonant Vibration Machine
摘要
Vibration processes and machines are widely used in various industries. This article considers the development of an elastic suspension of the working element of a single-mass vibration machine with two inertial self-synchronizing vibration exciters, equipped with an automatic resonant adjustment system with changing process load mass. The requirements for the elastic suspension of the considered class of machines are formulated. The parameters of the elastic suspension are calculated, and the design scheme is developed. The proposed design ensures a fairly wide range of possible adjustment of the rotation speed of the eccentric weight near the first resonant frequency and stable antiphase self-synchronization of the vibration exciter eccentric weights.
