摘要

Abstract

Results concerning the efficiency of an experimental model of a flow-through vortex gas-hydrodynamic wave machine in the purification of industrial gases from solid particles and toxic components are presented. At an industrial gas flow rate of 0.097 m3/s and a working liquid (tap water) flow rate of 2 L/min, the efficiency of industrial gases purification from solid particles 5–60 μm in size with a concentration of 10–60 g/m3 amounts to 99.9%. The efficiency of gas purification from nitrogen oxides with a concentration of 250–450 mg/m3 with the use of tap water as a working liquid amounts to 75 and 93% for the case of using aqueous solutions of 5–10% soda ash and 30% caustic soda, respectively. The purification efficiency of industrial gases from liquid plasticizer particles at a concentration of 0.9–2.5 g/m3 with the use of tap water as the working liquid is 99.7%.
