Investigation of the Microstructure of Reaction-Sintered Silicon Carbide Ceramics Using Approaches of Digital Materials Science
摘要
Abstract
In this article it is established that the physical and mechanical characteristics of reaction-sintered silicon carbide ceramics are directly sensitive not only to the parameters of structure fault detection, but also to the totality of the homogeneity of the distribution of all components in the volume of the material, which largely determines the technological parameters of the molding ceramic powders.
