Abstract <p>A layered gabbro-anorthosite intrusion and its feeder dikes are identified and characterized for the first time in the Svecofennian tectonogenesis area of the Ladoga–Botnian mobile zone of the southeastern Baltic (Fennoscandian) Shield. Its tectonic setting within the structure is determined, syndeformational structural and compositional transformations are described, the U–Pb age of magmatism is ~2090 Ma, and the features of deep petrogenesis are interpreted including possible sources of parental magmas in subcontinental lithospheric mantle and subsequent evolution in the lower–middle crust.</p>
