Far Fields of Wave Disturbances from a Pulsing Source Under Ice Cover

Abstract
A problem of far wave fields on the boundary of ice cover and homogeneous fluid of finite depth generated by a pulsing source of disturbances under ice cover was solved. An integral representation of the solution was obtained in the linear approximation using the stationary phase method; an asymptotic representation of the solution for various modes of wave generation was constructed. The spatial and temporal evolution of wave packets of ice cover disturbances propagating from the pulsing source of disturbances was investigated.
