Dynamic Scattering of X-Rays in a Periodic Layered Medium
摘要
A dynamical theory of the reflection and transmission of X-rays through a layered periodic target with three different layers in the period is developed. Expressions are obtained that describe the parameters of dynamic scattering determining the reflection and absorption of X-rays. Expressions are derived for the coefficients of the reflection and transmission of X-rays through a periodic layered structure. It is shown that by changing the ratios of the layer thicknesses and the values of the dielectric susceptibility of the media in the layered structure, it is possible to increase significantly the reflectivity of X-rays in the vicinity of the Bragg frequency. When the middle layer has weakly absorbed X-rays, the effect of anomalous photoabsorption could occur, which is similar to the Bormann effect in a single crystal.
