Complete Mitochondrial Genome of Myophonus caeruleus caeruleus (Passeriformes: Muscicapidae) in Guangxi, China
摘要
Myophonus caeruleus caeruleus is one of the subspecies of M. caeruleus. The complete mitogenome of this subspecies was sequenced using an Illumina Novaseq platform. It is 16 819 bp in length and consists of 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 tRNA genes, two rRNA genes (12S rRNA and 16S rRNA) and a control region (CR). The overall nucleotide composition of the mitogenome is A (29.82%), T (24.22%), G (14.93%), and C (31.03%). Phylogenetic analysis based on mitogenomic data suggest that M. c. caeruleus and the individual of M. caeruleus located in Yunnan of China formed a cluster, and both had a close relationship with Enicurus schistaceus. The mitogenome data can contribute to future analysis of phylogeny and population genetics of M. c. caeruleus and the species M. caeruleus.
