Abstract

The paper examines the development of additive technologies in the aerospace industry, in existing production processes, and their implementation prospects. It analyzes the main types of additive processes used to create aircraft components, as well as advantages such as reduced lead times, cost savings, and the ability to produce complex structures. The paper discusses technological challenges, constraints, and areas for further research and development in 3D printing for the aircraft industry. It also explores the prospects of integrating new technologies within innovative manufacturing strategies, along with the challenges and barriers to their implementation. The study demonstrates the potential of additive technologies to transform production processes and enhance the competitiveness of aircraft manufacturers.
