The Place of Acts on Climate Change Prevention in the Russian Legal System
摘要
Abstract
The state, significance, and place of legal acts on climate change prevention in the general and national systems of law and legislation are analyzed, and a number of literature sources on these topics are provided. The closest components of environmental protection to climate are atmospheric air; the ozone layer of the atmosphere; near-space; and vegetation, wildlife, and other natural resources. The opinion is substantiated that a set of climate regulations forms a legal institution or a subbranch of environmental law, which deserve further legal and other sociohumanistic attention and development.
