China–US Relations and the Russian Factor: Current Tendencies
摘要
Abstract
The summit of the US and China’s leaders in November 2024 resulted in the “small détente” in the bilateral relationship. Biden’s team is motivated to present its China policy as an asset, not a liability, to the American audience. The Chinese leadership pragmatically placed its stake at Biden in the coming dramatic elections in the United States. The United States and European NATO states are increasing systemic pressure on China, accusing the PRC of military support to Russia.
