Abstract <p>A phenomenon discovered during earthquakes occurring in a region of a southern part of Azerbaijan is studied. Taking into account the rare features of this part of the Earth’s crust, this phenomenon was modeled as a mathematical problem of the dynamic theory of elasticity, which revealed the cause of the phenomenon under study.</p>

Abstract

A phenomenon discovered during earthquakes occurring in a region of a southern part of Azerbaijan is studied.
