Abstract <p>The data collected during the expeditionary work of the Southern Scientific Center, Russian Academy of Sciences, and statistical modeling were used to obtain new quantitative estimates of the runoff of dissolved organic carbon, chlorophyll-<i>a</i>, total suspended matter, and suspended organic carbon with the waters of the Don River into the Sea of Azov during the low-water period of 2007–2020. Statistical models were constructed using the Weighted Regressions on Time, Discharge, and Season (WRTDS) method, which provides one of the most accurate quantitative estimates of concentrations and fluxes of substances to date. Seasonal and interannual features of the concentrations of the substances in question in the river are considered, and their relationship with water discharges is shown. The runoff volumes of organic matter and suspended matter in the Don during the current low-water period and other periods of the 20th century were compared.</p>
