Small Glaciers of the Putorana Plateau under Climate Change
摘要
Abstract
Based on the results of expeditionary studies of snowfields and glaciers of the Lama Mountains on the Putorana Plateau in 2002–2004 and 2019, new information was obtained on the regime and evolution of small glaciation forms against the background of climatic trends in recent years to assess their current state. Under the conditions of unfavorable climatic changes, small glaciers of the Putorana Plateau demonstrate greater stability compared to large glaciers and small glaciation forms existing in the warm firn ice formation zone.
