Eight Steps to Digitalize the Structure and Properties of Dispersion-Filled Polymer Composite Materials

Abstract
This paper considers the construction of the structures of various types of dispersion-filled polymer composite materials. It is shown that the single monolithic structure of a dispersion-filled polymer composite material includes the heterogeneous structure composed of dispersed filler particles, free volume, and the structure of the polymer matrix. Formulas are presented for calculating the dispersed filler content and the compositions of dispersion-filled polymer composite materials with different types of the lattice, the structure of which depends on the maximum packing density of the dispersed particles and the coordination number ranging from 8 to 1.
