Abstract

A systematic analysis of scientifically based methods for increasing resource efficiency in the context of ensuring technological sovereignty of the mineral fertilizer industry is carried out. The organizational structure of production in the industry is briefly described and directions for ensuring its import independence are formulated. Possible methods, measures, and directions for increasing the resource efficiency of chemical technology processes and systems of the nitrogen industry, sulfuric and nitric acid production, and production of extraction phosphoric acid and various types of fertilizers are described. The role of automation of chemical engineering processes and the use of large volumes of data in ensuring energy resource conservation is substantiated. Bottlenecks in mineral fertilizer technology are identified. It is emphasized that the technological sovereignty of the mineral fertilizer industry will ensure import independence and technological leadership in related sectors of the economy.
