Selection and Justification of Hardware Design for Flexible Low-Tonnage Multiproduct Chemical Technology Systems in the Paint and Varnish Industry
摘要
Abstract—
Approaches to the implementation of flexible multiproduct chemical technology systems are proposed using the example of paint and varnish production. The methods of scientifically based resource- and energy-efficient engineering of small-tonnage multiproduct production of paints and varnishes are shown. An algorithm has been developed for the optimal selection of technological design for flexible multiproduct chemical technology systems for the production of paints and varnishes in conditions of fluctuations in consumer demand.
