Computer Modeling of Static and Dynamic Separation Modes of Direct Synthesis Products of Methylchlorosilanes Using a Three-Section Column

Abstract
Computer modeling was carried out for the primary separation of direct synthesis products of methylchlorosilanes. The developed control scheme for process parameters under feed flow fluctuations ensures the production of stable-quality products: 99.963 ± 0.004 wt % methyl chloride in the recycled methyl chloride and 0.0475 ± 0.0015 wt % methyl chloride in the crude methylchlorosilanes.
