摘要

Abstract

Phase equilibria in sections of the potassium chloride–glycerol–water system with a potassium chloride to glycerol ratio ranging from 3 : 1 to 1 : 3 were studied at subzero temperatures. The introduction of glycerol into the potassium chloride–water system was found to enable the formation of anti-icing compositions effective at temperatures as low as –12°C, with satisfactory ice-melting capacity.
