Control of Photoluminescence of Hybrid Structures on Porous Silicon with Zinc Oxide Obtained by the Extraction–Pyrolytic Method
摘要
The work is devoted to the study of photoluminescence in the visible spectral range of structures on porous silicon with zinc oxide obtained by the extraction–pyrolytic method. Experimental excitation and emission spectra of the photoluminescence of hybrid structures were studied in the wavelength ranges 210–400 and 350–800 nm. The observed differences in the photoluminescence spectra of samples obtained at different excitation wavelengths of photoluminescence are analyzed. The results show that, by using different excitation wavelengths, it is possible to tune the emission maximum of the photoluminescence spectra of the studied heterostructures in the wavelength range 350–800 nm. The possibility of controlling the photoluminescence spectrum by changing the excitation energy is demonstrated.
