The Effect of Na, Si, and P on the Phase Composition of Zirconium and Sodium Silicophosphates (NASICON)
摘要
Abstract
The effect of the excess of Na, Si, and P on the composition of Na1 + xZr2P3 – xSixO12 (0 ≤ x ≤ 3) silicophosphates is studied; the samples are obtained by the pyrolysis of organic solutions in a rosin melt. The samples are studied by x-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy, and the Rietveld method. It is established that specific concentrations of Na, Si, and P additives affect the impurity content in the synthesis products and change the phase composition of Na1 + xZr2P3 – xSixO12.
