Optimization of Ultrasonic Hardening Parameters for Laser-Quenched GCr15 Bearing Steel
摘要
Abstract
The influence of ultrasonic hardening parameters on the surface roughness, sign, and residual stresses in laser-quenched GCr15 bearing steel is investigated. Regression equations are obtained to determine the optimal static pressing force, the amplitude of ultrasonic tool vibrations, and the processing speed required for the desired surface roughness and compressive residual stresses. The ultrasonic hardening parameters are optimized using response surface analysis.
