Granulometric Composition of the Titanium Powders Produced by the Electrodispersion of the OT4 Alloy Waste in Water for Additive Machines
摘要
Abstract
The experimental studies of the size characteristics of the titanium powders produced by the electrodispersion of the OT4 alloy waste in distilled water for additive machines demonstrate that the average volumetric particle diameter is 26.3 μm, the modal particle diameter is 35.41 μm, the particle size range is 2.26, the specific surface area of the particles is 13 227 cm2/cm3, and the elongation coefficient (aspect ratio) of the particles is 1.1. The spherical titanium powder materials produced by the electrodispersion of the OT4 titanium alloy waste is shown to be effectively used for additive machines.
