摘要

Abstract—Effect of cold rolling at a reduction of 10–70% on the structure and mechanical properties of new nitrogen-containing martensitic–austenitic–ferritic 03Kh17AN2F steel is studied. Cold rolling at a total reduction of 70% of wedgelike 03Kh17AN2F steel samples is shown do not lead to their fracture. The samples are deformed uniformly along and across the rolling direction without crack formation on their surfaces and in volume. The best combination of a high strength (HRC = 44, σu = 1465 MPa, σ0.2 = 1198 MPa) and adequate plasticity (δ = 7.0%) in 03Kh17AN2F steel is shown to be attained after cold rolling at a reduction ε = 40%. During rolling, a martensitic–ferritic structure is formed; it contains α ~ 65%, δ ~ 35% with a low (<1%) content of Cr2(C, N)-type chromium carbonitrides.
