Influence of Fillers on the Adhesion Properties of Siloxane Coatings on a Ti–23Nb–5Zr Alloy for Medical Use
摘要
Abstract
The influence of fillers (sodium hydrocarbonate NaHCO3 and high-molecular-weight chitosan) on the adhesion properties of the coating based on low-molecular-weight SKTN-A rubber (siloxane) formed on the Ti–23Nb–5Zr (at %) alloy for medical use is studied. Sodium hydrocarbonate is introduced with subsequent removal to form a porous structure of the coating. The rupture and shear tests show a high adhesive strength of the coating of unmodified siloxane exceeding the strength of the coating itself. The coatings formed using NaHCO3 and high-molecular-weight chitosan undergo spallation under shear conditions and delamination in rupture tests.
