摘要

Abstract

3 × 25 × 200-mm strips made of AD33 aluminum alloy and M0 copper alloy are subjected to experimental rolling at a reduction of 10, 20, and 30% with subsequent rupture test to determine the correlation between the mechanical property and the deformation of the rolled product. The results are used to construct plots and to find the regularities of changes in the hardness as a function of the mechanical properties and the degree of cold deformation of the strips made of nonferrous alloys of known chemical compositions. Regression equations are derived to calculate the main hardness characteristics and mechanical properties on rolling nonferrous metal strips. The adequacy of the equations confirmed by high correlation coefficients (R2 > 0.9) allows us to recommend them for calculating the force characteristics of rolling and designing in computer-aided design (CAD) for rolling of strips and ribbons made of nonferrous metals (AD33 aluminum alloy, M0 copper alloy) on industrial rolling mills.
