Evaluation of the Performance and Life of Restored Parts and Assemblies
摘要
Abstract
The problems of assessing the performance and ensuring the life of restored parts and assemblies in order to predict the resource of units are considered. To assess the quality and efficiency of restoring worn parts, a method is proposed to predict the optimum technology for restoring the worn surfaces of unit parts. Based on the complexity and technical and economic feasibility for the water pump body, resource-saving technologies are recommended: electric pulse deposition of a compact electrode material onto the end face and the creation of labyrinth seals.
