Determination of the Rheological Properties of AMg5M and D16AT Aluminum Alloys during High-Speed Compression Tests
摘要
Abstract
As a result of the work done in the Deform program, the process of uniaxial compression of cylindrical samples made from AMg5M and D16AT alloys is modeled using the basic material characteristics incorporated into the Deform program at temperatures of 300 and 500°C. The change in the strain intensity and temperature of the samples during uniaxial compression is analyzed. Rheological properties are determined by means of physical simulation of uniaxial compression on Gleeble 3800. Refined σ = f(ε) curves are obtained, and the basic characteristics of these alloys in the Deform program are updated. A refined calculation (mathematical simulation) is conducted using the updated characteristics of the alloys under study.
