Wear Resistance of Low-Magnetic Nitrogen Containing Austenitic Steel under Dry Sliding Friction Conditions at Various Test Parameters
摘要
Abstract—The tribotechnical characteristics of high-strength corrosion-resistant austenitic 04Kh20N6G11M2AFB steel are studied as functions of the wear test parameters (load, slip velocity) under dry sliding friction conditions. The results show that the best wear resistance is observed in samples after hot deformation at the highest test parameters. The wear rate of the samples with identical hardness is revealed to be 15% higher after heat treatment than that in samples after hot deformation.
