摘要

Abstract

A quantitative analysis of the phase composition and substructure of a rail head made of E–0.9C–Cr–V–Fe hypereutectoid steel at a distance of 0–10 mm from the running surface is carried out by transmission electron microscopy. As the running surface is approached, a fragmented structure is found to be improved and to transform from plastic to elastoplastic; a subgrain substructure, the local areas of which are in an elastic-stressed state, forms; and cementite particles are almost completely destroyed.
