Influences of Postradiation Thermal Treatment on the Microstructure and Mechanical Performance of E635 Alloy
摘要
Abstract
The mechanical performance and morphology of zirconium hydrides, as well as the dislocation structure and characteristics of phase precipitates in the E635 alloy-made cladding of fuel elements and guide channels used in VVER-1000 fuel element assambly, have been studied. It has been found that postradiation thermal treatment has an influence on the mechanical performance of these products, which shows up as a change in microstructure properties and element redistribution between the solid solution and phase precipitates.
