Geomicrobiological Diagnostics of Phenol-Containing Oil-Polluted Environments
摘要
Abstract
A method for geomicrobiological diagnostics of phenol-containing oil-contaminated environments is proposed, which is based on a microbiological survey of the contaminated area using a reference strain of microorganisms. The possibility of using the nonpathogenic psychoactive strain Pseudomonas sp. as a reference strain of microorganisms is demonstrated. The method allows identification of contaminated zones by studying the activity of a reference microorganism—a bioindicator.
