Abstract <p>This study is devoted to a kinetic analysis and modeling of formation of metallic gold macroparticles and the mechanisms of formation of metal macroparticles. A kinetic model is proposed that describes the process of metallic gold formation in the body of a technogenic mineral formation. The process regularities in a water flow are considered based on the chemical mechanisms of interconversions of various states of gold, including the intermediate formation of colloidal particles. The kinetic model explains the experimental fact of accumulation of metallic gold as a result of the “chemical evolution” of the system at different depths of the artificial mineral formation. The influence of the concentrations of reducing agents, the intensity of erosion of gold-bearing minerals, and the content of “dispersed” colloidal gold on the behavior of the system is analyzed within the framework of the kinetic model.</p>

Abstract
