On Correlation between the Temperature Dependence of Magnetization and the Structure of Aurivillius Phases Bim+1Fem–3Ti3O3m+3
摘要
Abstract
The results of the analysis of the temperature behavior of magnetization are presented for the compounds Bim+1Fem–3Ti3O3m+3 (m = 4, 5.5, 7, 8, 9). Measurements were performed in the temperature range of 4.2–300 K. For the phases with m = 4 and m > 4, respectively, the simple and modified Hill’s logistic models accurately coincide with the experimental temperature behavior of their magnetic properties. A relationship has been revealed between the structural features of the Aurivillius phases and the character of their magnetization profiles. The models sound promising for predicting the properties of new materials based on them in the development of advanced magnetic media.
