Heat Capacity and Thermodynamic Functions of Solid Solution Er2O3⋅2HfO2
摘要
Abstract
The isobaric heat capacity of solid solution sample Er2O3⋅2HfO2 at the temperature 2.4–1807 K has been measured by relaxation, adiabatic, and differential scanning calorimetry and its thermodynamic functions have been calculated. The sample has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, electron microscopy, and chemical analysis. The Schottky anomaly contribution in the region of 2.4–300 K was determined.
