Synthesis of Borylated Amidines Based on Closo-Dodecaborate Anion and Sulfur-Containing Amino Acids
摘要
Abstract
IA new method for synthesizing boronated amidines based on amino acids of the type [B12H11NHC(NHCHR'COOH)R]– has been developed, which significantly increases the yield of target compounds. The process of obtaining conjugates of the closo-dodecaborate anion and sulfur-containing amino acids was studied. These derivatives show high potential for the development of new agents for BNCT (boron neutron capture therapy) based on boron-coated gold nanoparticles containing vector groups conjugated through peptide synthesis methods.
