Abstract <p>Polymer-based nanocomposites containing magnetic nanoparticles have gained increasing attention due to their unique multiferroic properties. In this work, the controlled drying conditions of PVDF nanocomposites containing SDS-coated Mn<sub>0.15</sub>Co<sub>0.85</sub>Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> nanoparticles are studied. The correlation between microstructure, drying protocol, and the resulting magnetic, magnetoelectric and thermal characteristics was discussed.</p>
