Reassessment Thermodynamic of the Cobalt–Nickel Binary System
摘要
Abstract
The author conducted a thorough analysis of the thermodynamic data (including Gibbs energy, enthalpy, entropy, etc.) and phase diagrams found in the literature. The discrepancies among measurements from different authors posed challenges for optimization. The liquid, FCC, and HCP phases are modeled using a substitutional solution approach with Redlich–Kister polynomials for the excess Gibbs energy of each phase. The resulting phase diagram and thermodynamic properties of the system demonstrate satisfactory agreement with the majority of experimental data.
