摘要

Abstract

The object of this research was the industrial strain Pseudomonas chlororaphis VKPM B-9444, an antagonist of phytopathogenic fungi due to the synthesis of 2-hexyl-5-propylresorcinol (HPR). The darA and darB genes from the genome of this bacterium, responsible for the HPR production, were integrated into the pJN105 vector under the control of the constitutive T5 promoter. The obtained genetically engineered constructs were used to transform competent cells of the studied P. chlororaphis strain. The transformed bacteria showed stable expression of the target genes and increased fungistatic activity against the phytopathogenic fungi Fusarium graminearum, Microdochium nivale, and Bipolaris sorokiniana.
