<p>The criticism raised in S.Sh. Rekhviashvili, JETP Lett. <b>122</b>, 810 (2025) is refuted. The results of this work are shown to be erroneous due to an incorrect modification of the original expression for the van der Waals friction force obtained within the framework of the local approximation for the permittivity.</p>

摘要

The criticism raised in S.Sh. Rekhviashvili, JETP Lett. 122, 810 (2025) is refuted.
