<p>We calculate the energies and investigate the physical properties of the neutral vector <i>K</i>*<sup>0</sup> mesons in external strong abelian magnetic field. We explore how the magnetic moment of the neutral vector <i>K</i>* mesons depends on the ratio of the bare strange and light quark masses <InlineEquation ID="IEq1"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\({{m}_{s}}{\text{/}}{{m}_{d}}\)</EquationSource> <!--JETPLet2560843Luschevskaya-m1--> </InlineEquation>. The extrapolation of <InlineEquation ID="IEq2"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(g\)</EquationSource> <!--JETPLet2560843Luschevskaya-m2--> </InlineEquation>-factor to the physical pion mass was performed at <InlineEquation ID="IEq3"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\({{m}_{s}}{\text{/}}{{m}_{d}} = 20\)</EquationSource> <!--JETPLet2560843Luschevskaya-m3--> </InlineEquation>. We also calculated the magnetic dipole polarizability of <i>K</i>*<sup>0</sup>-meson for the <InlineEquation ID="IEq4"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\({{s}_{z}} = - 1\)</EquationSource> <!--JETPLet2560843Luschevskaya-m4--> </InlineEquation> case.</p>

Magnetic Moment of K*0 Mesons in SU(3) Lattice Gauge Theory

摘要

We calculate the energies and investigate the physical properties of the neutral vector K*0 mesons in external strong abelian magnetic field. We explore how the magnetic moment of the neutral vector K* mesons depends on the ratio of the bare strange and light quark masses \({{m}_{s}}{\text{/}}{{m}_{d}}\) . The extrapolation of \(g\) -factor to the physical pion mass was performed at \({{m}_{s}}{\text{/}}{{m}_{d}} = 20\) . We also calculated the magnetic dipole polarizability of K*0-meson for the \({{s}_{z}} = - 1\) case.
