Measurement of Permanent Magnets Parameters for Prototypes of Bending Magnets of an Energy-Saving Synchrotron Radiation Source
摘要
Abstract
A concept of an energy-saving synchrotron radiation source is being developed at the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics. One of the main differences between the new radiation source and the existing ones is the absence of DC power supplies and water-cooled coils for most elements of the magnetic system that use permanent magnets. To test this new technical solution, prototypes of bending magnets were designed and are being manufactured. This paper describes the measurement technique and presents the preliminary results of measuring the parameters of permanent magnets.
