摘要

Abstract

The paper presents the results of a study of the outflow of non-wetting liquids: distilled water (water) and 0.9% aqueous sodium chloride solution (saline) from hydrophobic nanoporous materials based on silica gels Fluka 100 C18 and Fluka 100 C8. The studies were carried out at waiting times of up to 10 000 s in a temperature range from 20 up to 60°C. It is shown that the specific rate of outflow of non-wetting liquids from these materials depends on the studied system, the characteristics of the material, the waiting time, the temperature and the degree of initial filling of the nanoporous material. The obtained results allow us to consider this type of nanoporous materials as promising for the delivery of prolonged-release drugs with controlled flow rate.
