Electric Field of a Charged Conductive Droplet on a Dielectric Film

Abstract
The three-dimensional problem of determining the electric field of a charged conducting axisymmetric droplet wetting a dielectric film deposited on a grounded conducting substrate is studied. The method of finding the singularity of the electric field on the wetting line and taking it into account when calculating the electric field in a three-dimensional problem is discussed. A method for finding the electrical capacity of a droplet is proposed.
