Influence of Quenching and Annealing Processes on the High-Temperature Kinetic Properties of NiV Alloys
摘要
Abstract
The results of an experimental study on the thermal diffusivity and electrical resistivity of solid solutions and intermetallic compounds of the NiV alloy system are presented. The experiment demonstrated that the quenching–annealing process has the most significant effect on the properties of ordered intermetallic compounds based on Ni2V, Ni3V, and NiV3. The obtained results are explained based on the theory of transport phenomena, which considers two mechanisms: impurity scattering and phonon scattering.
