Calculation of the In-Flight Processing of Granular Abrasives and Prediction of the Parameters of Radiofrequency Induction Discharge
摘要
Abstract
In the study, the in-flight processing of granular abrasives using a high-frequency induction (HFI) discharge at reduced pressure was investigated. Parameters of the plasma flow were calculated, and characteristics of the HFI discharge were predicted. The findings demonstrate the multifactorial impact of discharge parameters on plasma properties and the potential application of HFI plasma for cleaning and modifying the surface of abrasive grains.
